Estimates range from seventy per cent to as high as ninety per cent, but experts largely agree that most change initiatives don’t deliver their intended benefits. In many cases, the strategy may have been good, but it still failed in execution. This is a staggering waste of opportunity and of the resources invested to develop the initiative.
